Communication between client, CareGiver, family and agency is essential to good service being given and proper results being achieved.
Jane Lange, prior to starting this service in Louisiana, worked at a private clinic as a medical assistant for 15 years. After witnessing first-hand the benefits of home-based care, she started Total Live-in Care in 2003. Jane feels the later years are the most precious and should be spent in a persons own home and place they love.
While obtaining her degree at LSU, Erika Lange worked in the office at Total Live-in Care and was also a CareGiver herself. She has expanded the family business in Denver. She feels people come first and the purpose of life is to help others.
In 2007, Dick retired from an engineering and survey firm. At Total Live-in Care, he handles administrative office tasks. He specializes in long-term medical insurance so that the client can be reimbursed. He also conducts background checks on all CareGivers. He keeps the office organized and running smoothly.
